Just won my first 2 VS 5

Well, it was kind of a 2 versus 5; let better me explain; it was only (only... lol) 2 versus 5 for the beginning 15 minutes of the match so that no one gets the wrong idea, however, I feel that this is an absolutely insane accomplishment, with a lot of luck on our side.First and foremost, (inner parenthesis) are my thoughts.

You may skip ahead to the bolded portion/ summoner 4 to skip the pre-story..

Match starts; we're purple side. I'm playing as Talon Talon - I immediately run to enemies red bush because invades have been on the rise with the MS buff at the beginning of the match. =0:30 I make it their safelyTalon , and place a ward slightly ahead of the bush to make sure my team-mates can make it into the bush with me without being spotted.
=1:00 -Rengar is still at his blue, moving around, but not acknowledging pings or chat. I say "fine, nvm... MF is afk or something anyways, prob a bad idea with her not here" so I head to mid lane(awesome, its a 4v5!). =1:15 - Kennen , who was guarding our red, gets swarmed by the whole enemy team, almost escaping with really low health , but gets caught with thresh's hook at max range and dies. =1:35 - Rengar pings enemies red and heads that way. I politely refuse stating "I tried that, but you were to busy or something, besides, we don't have vision anymore and have no idea what they're doing"... Rengar, "dude i knew they were going to invade our red thats why i didnt before (wait...what? that doesn't make any sense). Me, "I'm not going, it's not safe and I already offered help before; i will help leash blue if you need it though"... Rengar "fine fuk u no ganks for you" =1:55ish - Rengar almost dies at enemy red to Zed, Thresh, Corki, and Lee sin @ their red. "u should have come help me its ur fault we lost this match so afk" (It's now a 3 vs 5, sweet!). Me, " Dude, don't blame your mistakes on me. We didn't know where they were at after the invade. Shoulda just took blue or came with me to their red to start with" ( I'm done with this guy, whether he actually chooses afks or not... which he did afk.) =4:00ish, NamiNami dies bot (to be expected of a Corki/Thresh vs Nami herself). Since she was the self proclaimed leader of the remainder of our team, she demands in all chat, "report MF and Rengar, tired of all these dueches and afkers. Push bot lane ty, going afk" (LOL are you fucking serious...? I'm freaking stunned- - - IIIIIIRONY!)>

(summoner 4 to here if you'd like) Now it's after the 4 minute marker; I'm pretty pissed about the whole situation, but refused to admit it in chat. We have 2 afkers, and one sitting in base (Rengar) spamming his laugh emote whenever I died. Rengar is actually at his computer, watching us slowly lose turrets. The amazing part is, Kenen and I were still doing /decent defending against the 3 man push bot, 1 mid, 1 top. We continuously rotated until the only remaining turrets were our base turrets.

**KENEN **somehow keeps managing to get kills; we're both forced to buy homeguard boots early on just so we can defend against a 5 man split seige. ZED was man handling me since he did an amazing job of harassing me in lane (Not to mention I had to rotate lanes frequently, constantly losing HP from other lanes); generally I win Talon VS Zed, but this ZED was so freaking aggressive that I was absolutely shocked, aggressive to the point where I felt like he was going all in and hoping he would win. HOWEVER, he did a great job and he took advantage of my mistakes very well.

After 15 minutes of clinging onto our dear lives of holding our inhibitor turrets (we Optimized off the fact that they were getting super desperate; SHYVANA (who was heavy as fuck at this point) literally stood under tower tanking MY hits and a few of the turret hits, only to die when the tower only had 45 HP left). Kenen and I get a triple kill around 12 minutes. The enemy team, although not trolling, don't seem to think were any threat whatsoever, even though they are struggling to end the game 2v5, let alone get an inhibitor turret.

FINALLY, after SOOO much holding out, @ 15 minutes into the game, MISS FORTUNE returns to the game and apologizes for hardware issues (thank Black Jesus). "It's OK, as long as you're willing to help us try to win this, we managed to hold on". We get another team triple. NAMI, who had been complaining that the enemy sucks to be losing the 2vs5 and to hurry up and "end it" so she can play her next match, joins back in @ 16 minutes...... It was clear the enemy team was getting frustrated with us and even their fellow teammates. The ZED that was laughing/taunting/harassing me in lane was whining in all chat, so, me being the toxic player I am, felt inclined to take advantage of his anger and made him get more frustrated by saying he lost his 3v1 lane against me.

~17 minutes in, RENGAR decides to join in but refused to talk to anyone, his pride clearly hurt that we were holding on a 2vs5, pushing them back in a 3vs5, and starting to win during a 4vs5. With him back we finally started to get the game under control. We made a poor decision after a triple kill and headed to Baron, where of course RENGAR didn't have his smite up; we end up losing it and get aced. I thought that this was the end, but we only lose an inhibitor and are forced to defend. Luckily, whether it was poor warding on their team or just a bad CORKI, I was able to continuously catch him off guard with my ult + ghostblade, jumping on him before he could even react.

After many skirmishes, going both ways several times, we get a solid pick, push straight down mid, and end the game. For some reason **Zed **and Lee were trying to push down mid with our inhibitors still up and Kennen defending, while TALON, MF and **NAMI **are pushing into their base with no one to oppose us. I would have never imagine that we would have come back even once we got our teamates back, but it became more and more evident that at no point, was the enemy trolling, rather they got cock and careless. By the time they realized we got 2 teammates back, they were already starting to get farm and MISS FORTUNE got some kills- at which point , they were finally no longer pushing as back into base, but were forced to defend or hide from myself or KENNEN.

TL;DR It was a fucking amazing feeling when you can hold on to a game for so long even when your teammates give up. Without the valiant help of my fellow KENNEN (who went 20/2...), we would have not held onto the game for as long as we did; let alone win. Hope someone, even if it was 1 person, took the time to read this story. It was an amazing , liberating feeling that I wish I could have shared with anyone here. Never give up.

Upvoted. League's about strategically turning advantages, not curb-stomping enemies.

was a fun read. i enjoyed your story. I had that feeling in games before. my favorite was a time when the enemy team was hitting our nexus but we fended them off when it was at about half hp. WE couldn't get an ace for the life of us but a triple happened each time they came back. (this is in season 2 mind you). The third time they came back we got an ace finally and pushed for the win.

It wasn't that easy though we had to defend our unprotected nexus (minus inhibs of course) for well over half an hour. the match was about 67 minutes long. the other team couldn't seal the deal and we destroyed them in the end. It does feel good when epic stuff happens...and it does happen

Thanks for your comments guys and taking the time to read it. If you're the only people to read it, and you got what you had just said out of it, I'm more than happy =) **I'M ECSTATIC **.

As much as I hate long games, I also love them; our match lasted almost 50 minutes, and its a sign of a really close match. Sometimes the kills aren't even close, but they just have so much map pressure or such a tanky team that it becomes difficult to engage without losing more than you had gained.

I hope that this wasn't too long and that it was worth the read and that I can make someone really feel how amazing this match really was to have had happened. Their were so many clutch plays between myself and Kennen and I that helped us keep defending, even for just a bit longer, grabbing on to anything and everything we could to make the game happen....

Nice 2v5 Story. Reminds me of my first Ranked Game of last Season. i was finally starting up ranked and felt i was ready. We get through character selection just fine, with me as fill because i knew being ranked if i wanted something but im last pick, then pick order takes priority, i went Jinx **ADC with a Teemo Support which i didnt like the idea, but dealt with it. we had a Jax ** Jungle We had a Katarina Mid and i think a Riven Top,

Riven Never showed up(whether it was a tech issue or not who knows) so the match started as a 4v5 Jax started to complain that he cant go Jungle(which i understood) but with his bad mood he in return gave first blood, and second blood, to a Shyvana Top, Katarina was getting some kills in Mid and Teemo and i were trading kills (i got an early double kill, and Teemo died, i recalled and on way back he died again.) By this point Jax had died a total of 4 times and received his first kill from a tower dive. Katarina was getting big in **Mid ** and continued with that by traveling Top to kill Shyvana and their Jungler

Over all by the end of the game our Jax was 1-13 Teemo was low KDA but i felt was fine since he was support, and Katarina and i as Jinx both were fed and Carried Basically... a 3v5, with Jax and his amount of deaths it might as well have been a 3v5. After that game the Teemo added me, which i accepted because he wasnt Toxic about us losing, which in return we Won, and that was my only Ranked game that day o; but happy to say i got to Silver before the season ended, and i plan on at the very least Gold this upcoming season, hope my first game isnt as bad as your game was, but never can tell, games with Feeders, or Leavers, are annoying, but having both a Leaver and a Feeder... on your First Ranked match... its just wrong. but at least i had fun and we actually Won.
