@Riot: Sona still has an animated icon in the champion list, Garen still has a static one

It's just something small but you forgot to update the champion list when you released Garen's teaser.

Sona still has an animated icon even though her champion page doesn't, and Garen has a static icon when his champion page has an animated one.
