Let's Update: Twitch

Hey guys! I've been thinking about Twitch for a while; mainly focusing on ways he can be brought back into the meta. I've come up with a base update which would (in theory) effectively bring him back to life. With some help from you guys, I think we could work out the kinks in this update.

Passive: Deadly Venom

• MINIMUM TRUE DAMAGE: 12 / 18 / 24 / 30 / 36
• MAXIMUM TRUE DAMAGE: 72 / 104 / 136 / 168 / 200
• DURATION: 6 seconds

Q: Ambush

• MANA: 60
• COOLDOWN:** 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14**
• STEALTH DURATION: 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8
• ATTACK SPEED: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%
• MOVEMENT SPEED: 20%

W: Venom Cask

• PROJECTILE SPEED: 1400

E: Contaminate

• BASE PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80
• BONUS DAMAGE PER STACK: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 (+ 20% AP) (+ 25% bonus AD)
• MAX PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 110 / 155 / 200 / 245 / 290 (+ 120% AP) (+ 150% bonus AD)
• **NEW EFFECT: If Contaminate kills a unit, its cooldown is reset to 5 / 4 / 3 / 2 / 1 second(s). **
• Note: I'm sure the damage for this ability would need adjustments, however I am not sure how much. Help a brother out!

R: Rat-Ta-Tat-Tat

• MANA: 100 / 125 / 150
• COOLDOWN: 120 / 110 / 100
• ATTACK DAMAGE: 25 / 30 / 35
• DURATION: 7 seconds
• EXTRA RANGE: 300

This is just a base for what I'd consider a more healthy Twitch. Of course it isn't perfect, but with the help from you guys we could make twitch into something nice. In this update, I've tried to give Twitch more early game presence with a new effect on Contaminate and higher base ultimate damage.

I feel the change to Twitch's Contaminate could help players play around his most important asset: his venom. With that said, I've nerfed a few of his Deadly Venom and Vemon Cask stats.
