If Your 'Low Priority' Queue is endlessly resetting...
A bug with the new leaver buster low priority queue
This is a bug. Riot apparently doesn't think it's an important enough bug to make it a part of their initial leaverbuster post so people know... but they did briefly reply on the bug report forums to someone's inquiry.
It's supposed to b e fixed next patch.
