How to break out of losing habit?

Recently i've just been losing way more then i win. I was sitting at a good 60% winrate in normals, i wanna start playing ranked but when i tried my losing habit went into ranked and i ended up losing 2 of my 10 games. really badly and had to get off cause i was rather mad. I really want to play ranked and get better but it feels like im getting the short end of the stick on teams. I know thats probably a bad way of thinking. I know its my fault to in some games. I usually dont have a problem winning lane unless im against a counter. Then i just play safe and if he gets annoying that im playing passive and makes a mistake i try and jump on them. I also ALWAYS ward when i push the wave. its gotten to the point that i do it out of habit and dont even realize im doing it. I always pay atention to jungle routes, especially since i started playing jungle lately, so i have a good idea of when the best time to gank me is. I'm also pretty good at cs'ing, i actually think its really cool when you can just CS with your abilities and damage perfectly. Its kind of like a ASMR effect for me. I could really use some tips and help with this. I know im probably messing up somewhere. Thank you.

Honestly the biggest tip I can give you in a short time frame is to STOP focusing on anyone else. Don't worry about your rank, worry about your personal growth as a player. If that means you go 0-10 but learn enough to be higher than where you are placed that is fine, and you will eventually climb. Just work on yourself!

Everyone has losing streaks, including professional players. Don't worry about it. You'll learn more from games you lose than from games you win, and each loss will force you to ask questions over what you could have done better. Yes, it's true even if you had done what you needed to do, you still may have lost, but as long as you perform decently, you will climb. You just have to persevere. Don't worry about the points. They'll come back in due time.

Honestly, in both the games you had you seem to have been at least competitive. Just the one game there was a Vel'koz who just went off like you wouldn't believe, and in the other, had a Lee Sin support (whut?), and a Vayne (who was in placements just like you) who did terrible.
