I was finishing my 2nd win in promos from gold 3 to gold 2 and in the end of game screen it said there was an error and it would be updated in 24 hours. 24 hours later there is no update and when i hop on to play i lose a match and it makes me lose the promos i already won a day earlier. Why does this count but not my win?
Please use proper tags such as [Client] [Gameplay] or [Crash] so it gets tagged for Riot to see. If it is not done this way there is a good chance your post will just get tossed aside and they wont look into your issue.
