Openbucks pls

So my teemoing shop had cosmic reaver kassadin and I wanted skt azir so I decided I might as well buy rp to get both. However after I got a cvs card and tried to get rp with it through openbucks, it gives me a "verification error" and says that they need to verify it first. No problem, right? One week later and nothing happens, so i email openbucks and they give me an automated reply saying that they'll reply within 24-48 hours. Ok. I wait. Two days later and no email. I email them again. Same automated reply. Two days after that still no email. Fast forward to now after a multitude of emails, I don't have my rp that I paid for or the skins that I wanted. I'm salty af.
