Where it at? Also since im bitching, why was ekko part of the assassin update when he cant half health squishies with a full rotation without having 250+ ap?

Unfortunately because if he has anything remotely close to decent base damages, people just build him full tank with like IBG or Trinity because of his kind of overloaded kit.
Riot said the sandbox mode was coming in 2017. Last I checked it's still 2016. Don't be impatient, and learn to read; my best advice for you. And any carry champion can half health squishies with a full rotation under 250 hp depending on the game time, so does that mean every carry champion should be part of the assassin update?
