Why do other servers get special voice effects while we don't? for example if you choose zombie brand it says something completely different then choosing a brand with the classic skin (in Mexico). Or if you choose soul reaper draven he will sound different then choosing a normal draven,why can't we have that?

PS i'm talking about the what the champs say when you choose them in the client,i'm NOT talking about the in-game voices PSS this happens with the following champs:Draven-Temmo-Soraka-Brand-Jayce-Talon-Khazix
