Rito pls

Dear riot why won't you nerf champs that just dominate lane and have about a 4k hp health pool but still deal a crap ton of damage. In my opinion thats not ok. I mean take poppy for example. Shes a tank shes not supposed to deal about 200 damage with one spell rotation level 3. I like to think about a riot employee just watching footage of garen and going "yep this is definetly fun for the person laning aganist her". I wish that you would nerf at least something. Ofc i understand that champions should not be made too weak but when a 4k darius can 1 shot an ADC... thats just not ok. Rant over.
