Why Riot is not doing anything all those years about 5v4 and 5v3 games???

Firstly to say that from all the major mobas dota/smite/hots/hon/league, in League every second game that i play will be either 5v4 or 5v3 it has the most leavers or people that dont connect than any other moba. But the problem is that in all the other ones you get rewarded if you have a leaver in team, you either get more gold or you get a bot instead which plays better than the leaver in the first place.

In League of Legends when 1 person leaves the team with less people is doomed and must wait to surrender. And this happens in ranked aswell so the game cant even be considered a serious game, its more like a chinese joke now i still dont understand why you didnt fix this main problem and instead you keep creating bad quality skins that people dont even buy anymore and no im not saying that from my head, skin sales in the league marketplace have dropped by a huge amount in the recent months

But China is now under capital controls so the game is doomed i guess, thats why you should never touch video games that aren't american

Riot's reasoning is basically: Pretty much any solution you (or them) can come up with, is that it will ultimately promote toxicity.

ex: someone is doing poorly or picks a stupid champ, the team will bully that person into leaving for the additional benefit.

The only thing they could really do is make the surrender vote be able to start prior to 20 minutes.

The only thing i feel they could do is give Gold/exp for the person who leaves, but then what happens when the person comes back? Because if they do come back you will be at an advantage, especially when you put into account how much gold/exp should they get when someone leaves. Then you have to put into account what if they keep leaving and coming back. Do you continue to gain gold/exp when they leave? that could be heavily abused.

Im not even going to comment on a bot coming in, because the only way that would happen is if Riot changed how bots play the game. Playing Vs AI on both beginner and Intermediate would show you how "dumb" they are. I would assume most people by now (if made available) would just feed off of the bot. So it wouldnt be smart (especially in Rank) to have a bot come in when someone leaves.
