This video and the one the OP posted are both of the 2nd JoJo, Joseph Joestar.

From the 2nd arc, Battle Tendency, and the 3rd arc, Stardust Crusaders, which is 50 years later (which is why he's old).

It's because he is a japanese speaker but in the moments where he says ''oh my god'' etc he suddenly speaks english and the accent sounds weird

Old Fiora

Took small changes in a total of less than 5 patches. QOL changes for her R in all but one, which was a tweak in her R damage.

New Fiora

Took multiple buffs less than a month after being launched Took multiple nerfs across multiple patches Still declared more balanced after needing to be nerfed to the ground.

Someone please remind me what kind of idiocy is going on in the minds of people who say New Fiora can be balanced?

The problem with the old Fiora was that it's like the current Riven, you were either very good or very bad with her, now with the new Fiora it gives you a chance to play normaly without being either the best in team or a feeder, also her art/model looked kinda outdated even though some ppl liked it more

Personally, I could handle her current kit a bit more if her VU paired with her relaunch didn't ruin all of her skins prior to PROJECT.
