Login Problems...Anyone having issues trying to login?

I can play WOW just fine.. stream... talk on voice comms...even high quality stream.. but for some reason League is just not letting me logon. I've tried from both my computer and laptop... I've tried reinstalling.. I've tried repairing. Anyone else having issues? I even tried logging onto my lower rank name... nothing

Edit Update: I have tried.. all the 'resolve reccomendations' by Riot Support. No luck.

Edit Update: Alpha client login works.. just not the actual League Client.

It works now.
