Honestly after watching the discussion they had about it, I feel that some of the issues I had with the decision were put at ease. I can't say they are at rest yet since they practically said "yes, we know solo players are having more issues now, no we don't have ready to fix it. You're just going to have to deal with it for now.", but they did say they are working to get it so a solo player will have be able to have a fair game, get the role they want and not have to wait ages for a match to arrive.
As long they walk their talk, effectively communicate these things from now and don't go quiet on us for months without any news like with the whole soloQ fiasco, I don't think there will be too much to worry about.
