But wait, as a Lulu top main, the one thing that has won me lane the most times is simple as this:

-Make sure to kill ranged minions first, letting your minions stack on the enemy melee minions.

-Harass the enemy laner, but not too hard, so he feels annoyed and loses some HP but isn't really threatened, just pissed off.

-If you did the first step right, you now have a big minion wave, that's good.

-Harass softly once more, spam Lulus laugh, keep spamming laugh (I have it on the T because it might as well be another Lulu skill)

-Get doved, run for cover like a little girl, pretend you're gonna die (if you can spam laugh while walking, this is awesome).

-Once they're swimming in your minion wave, turn around, polymorph, E+Q combo, show them the power of Pix passive.

Easiest first blood in LoL.

I once laned against a gangplank and when our Jax ganked he started spamming taunt under his turret at about 20% hp... Jax took the bait so hard... and still didn't get the kill.
