Meepo, this guy here has a permaslow dot on his autos, a skillshot root that interrupts channels, and a nuke after a channel time that does damage twice and that teleports him to himself.

His ultimate makes it so he can split into up to 4 characters and each of them farms like the real meepo and has the same abilities but only has shoes for items, as well as sharing stats with the main meepo and if one dies they all die.

It'd be funny even if he'd be terrible without an aghs

Another one I think would be funny to add would be ares from smite, his ult is a delayed pull that hits everyone around him, his q is basically a skillshot that can ground someone for up to 8 seconds and does 105 damage per second base, his fire is % hp damage plus small base in front of him like rumble fire, and his w is basically an aoe tenacity and protection buff.

He'd lose out on his passive since the only aura item in league really is aegis of the legion and what it builds into.

Brewmaster from Dota

Q: AOE magic damage around you (High early game, falls off later). Also slows movement/attack speed.

W: Instantly apply a slow/miss chance to a target enemy. Slow is decent, but miss chance is up to 80%

E: Passive Evasion and Crit chance. Gain 100% evasion if you haven't been hit recently. Gain 100% crit chance if you haven't hit something recently.

R: Transform into 3 elementals, each of which has its own spells and stats, and can be controlled seperately. If any survive by the end of the duration, Brewmaster returns at the location of one of his elementals.

Earth (Melee, tanky) Q: Clickstun W: Passive magic immunity E: Bonus damage vs structures R: Brewmaster Q

Storm (Ranged, Squishy) Q: Nuke summons in an area, and purge buffs from all enemies W: Place a target in a stasis (6 seconds on players, 20 seconds on creeps) E: Stealth, gain speed, and gain attack damage while stealthed. R: Brewmaster W

Fire (Melee, Squishy, Fast) Q: Burn shit around you W: Brewmaster E

Broken as shit, though he might have some problems without blink dagger/Aghanims.

Terrorblade from Dota 2. Mainly just for the ult. Terrorblade's ult sunder swaps his health with the target. It can be used on both enemies and allies alike.

Queen of Pain from DotA

Just so we can meaningfully nerf AP Ezreal into nothing because she can take his place.

And her Blink pops projectiles, like old flash, as compensation for not having anything else outside of the movement.

Rampage from Heroes of Newerth.

His ult targets one enemy on a global range, then Rampage just runs down from wherever he is, Skarner ults the target and drags him around to whatever place he wants for the next 6 or 7 seconds. Oh and when he is charging to the enemy, he is untargetable and invulnerable.
