The AD Carry carries in damage, not necessarily kills. If your ADC dps a tank from 100% to 20%, low enough for your assassin to kill him easily, then they have done their job perfectly fine.
i don't mind it when my support ks's me once..twice..hell thrice but if you keep on ks'ing me i am pretty sure we're fucked
when you're 0/1/10 and your support is 4/0/6 then it's pretty annoying
