This is because his kit is mainly centered around self sustain and doing a lot of damage in combat. He doesn't have enough CC to be a tank.

He isn't talking to the enemies - he's talking to the player! Caligula them a coward for making him run from a fight, which Sion would never do of his own free will.

I still think Poppy should be listed as a Vanguard. She does a lot better if you play her aggressive in teamfights.

Back in my day we had nothing but Ryze and Master Yi and their "roles" were Ryze and Master Yi!

Sadly he didn't get a damn thing for the juggernaut update, same thing with olaf.
