Doesn't resist Thresh 's kit and Malphite 's ult tho. At worst you are slowed, WW ulted into using item 3140 , ulted, slowed again, Thresh hooked on post-cleanse, Thresh 's sweep, Thresh ult, tristana item 3153 then ulted back into her team when you try to go for her. And this can all easily happen before 560 MS, and 45% cdr ryze shows up.

You're assuming that they have their ults at 20% health you're also assuming that my ult won't kill all of them before they know i'm there

And thats assuming (very justifiably) that they did not decide to gang on you early, or any time you are alone at any point in the game.

And its assuming there was a teamfight involved already. If any one enemy has a noticeable lead, they never expect the sudden barrage of 1v5s they can force a top laner into, or even the sudden 2v5's a bot lane can be force into repeatedly. All it takes is one premade and in that particular scenario, a premade of 3.

edit: but then again the OP is about them already at low hp. This was about any other time as well.

summoner 1 won't help you. and getting item 3139 as 2nd or 3rd item means you can't get any other items. C'mon please check the item cost and say it.

Riven get's the powerspike from item 3158 item 3074 item 3071 that's 8K gold. If you are super fed.. then yeah item 3139 is the item.

item 3074 is only 200 gold cheaper then item 3139 it's hardly a huge difference if I wanted I could get these

item 3812 item 3147 or these item 3142 item 3072 or these

My objective is to win lane I'll buy whatever I damn well think will help me do that.

Tbh, riven is about as feast or famine as it gets. Go taric top and she's going to have a bad day. Started up your combo? Lol stun. No one can afford a merc scimitar early on. Sure you can take cleanse but it effectively ruins your early kill potential. QSS? Taric can bait the QSS and run away or stay and crush your glassy ***.

Well, how do you play that match-up? Take note, getting First Blood on a Singed means next to jackshit, because Singed is never really shut down. It is a pretty skill-based match-up, I find. Singed has a lot of outplay potential that people don't realise, a single gooflip can completely destroy a Riven, for example. And he can fling you mid-dash.
