Lore Centuries ago Runeterra was introduced vaccines, a new technology that could prevent disease. But it didn't take long before Demacia decided to start using spies to alter the vaccines to actually weaken the immune system. Stephen's mother, realizing the truth of vaccines chose to protect Stephen in a cellar for all of his life. When he came out 20 years later, he was the strongest human in the world, immune to disease and practically invincible. He went to Garen to ask to join the Demacian Army and, to no surprise, he was accepted. It only took him one week to rise through the ranks and become Garen's right hand man as Stephen, the Unvacinated.

Passive - Natural Immune System Stephen's powerful immune system gains a stack whenever he is hit by any CC. For every stack, Stephen reduces the duration of incoming CC by 10% (Max stacks: 10. Max tenacity: 65%)

Q - Healthy Eating Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 Seconds Mana: 50/55/60/65/70 First Cast - Stephen prepares either a carrot or a candy to throw. (Similar to Twisted Fate's Pick A Card) Second Cast - Stephen throws the selected food in the direction of the cursor. If the food hits an enemy champion it deals 20/30/40/50/60(60% AP) magic damage and reverses direction. If Stephen catches the food on the return he gains an effect based on the food. Carrot - Stephen gains 30% movement speed for 4 seconds and restores 20/30/40/50/60(60% AP) health. Candy - Stephen's next attack deals 20/30/40/50/60(60% AP) damage and slows by 60% for 2 seconds. (1000 Range, 450 Projectile Speed.)

W - Pass The Plague Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 Seconds Mana: 70/75/80/85/90 Stephen coughs in a cone in front of him(Similar to Annie's Incinerate) dealing 40/60/80/100/120(30% AP) and stunning enemy champions hit for 0.5 seconds + 0.25 seconds per stack of Natural Immune System, consuming all stacks.

E - Growing Man Cooldown: 4/3.5/3/2.5/2 Mana: 40 Empowers Stephen next attack, gaining 50 range and dealing 30/50/70/90/110(50% AP) magic damage. If it hits an enemy champion Stephen's maximum health is increased by 10. (Growing Man resets Stephen's autoattack.)

Ultimate - Needle Rejection Cooldown: 120/100/80 Mana: 100 Stephen knocks away needles from him in a circle(Similar to Talon's Ultimate) dealing 100/150/200(90% AP) and applying brittle for 4 seconds. (800 Range, 1200 Projectile Speed.)
