as awesome and humorous as that would be, will never happen. They'd have to redo models, potential animations, and VOs and lines to match their new gender on a majority of champs. That wouldn't be a skin anymore, that would be an entirely new and different champion model, and it would have to be done for over 100 champions. Imagine elise's "I hear a man likes a lady with legs" joke, that would no longer make any sense on a male elise.
