Yah I can get behind this. When I play against heimer with a melee champ I kinda feel like telling him he has no skill. XD Especially when he can't land skill shots.

I main Soraka and say that she's a no skill champ whenever my teammates thank me for saving them.

Considering each heal costs 10% of her max HP, I'll take any praise I get.

However, the real skill comes from watching your entire team's health bars. And roaming. Mostly game knowledge stuff (yeah, I know...), otherwise her mechanics are like driving an automatic car.

Problem is, they almost always go for the cheap shots so Yi is too good for them.

No skill champ reflects the difficulty of the champ, not what exists to counter them... To be honest, I'm sure a coordinated team would know precisely how to handle a Yi.

Recently had a Fiora say "I would win if he didn't have kills." Just another wtf statement. This kind of statement is really just showing how terrible you are in accepting you screwed up. So what if you are playing a higher skill champ than your opponent. Its not their fault that you picked a hard to play champ and failed.
