If I would've played more of Dragon Age: Inquisition yet, I might even understood that joke. But I didn't.

In the TSM game vlad wasnt even a deciding factor, the only kills he got on his own were the kills on lucian. the others were pick ups.

Seriously though, these nerfs arent gonna do shit. An extra two seconds on Pool arent gonna make or break him, since it's not like Fizz's E where he spends most of the game sitting on top of it; it's his escape move, and he only needs it as often as you misposition. The MS isnt really going to mean that much either, since one he's gotten Rylai's he will be faster than you unless you can dash out of his ranges.
What Riot needs to do is cut the early power of Rush and let him return to having really shitty early laning. His mid-lategame is appropriately powerful, but dealing almost 1/3rd of my lane opponents health feels dirty.
