League's mascot is probably Teemo. Love him or hate him, everybody knows the little guy and he has been around for a long portion of the game's history and is such a prominent figure in the community.
I believe one of League's premier champion mascots is Katarina. She has been in every (released) cinematic (that wasn't a specific character intro), and is featured prominently in officially released wallpapers, as well, as the patch notes image
