Q- if enemy dies water erupts from it/ nasus to singnals it went up in damage
W- Seaweed wraps around the target,slowing them down
E- A giant life preserver appears wit ha splash of water as it hits the ground
R- he blows a whistle and grows in size as waves splash up around him as he whoops ass
