They don't talk to you about what champions they want to play and just keep saying "wait fro them" and then turns out you don't have their champions and now you have to take a dodge timer.

if they didnt already say their champ they want or didnt hover it they're getting annie and if you dont own annie you shouldn't be in ranked anyway, come on people they give you a whole like 15 seconds to hover use it!
i own every champ, dont know that feeling
