Easiest way to get two of my teammates to stop arguing is to ask for them to surrender the game. It's the weirdest thing, you can have two people that are spending more time flamming each other than playing and making the entire team play poorly for it, they can be saying how the enemy team is steamrolling us because one of them fed or whatever but as soon as you ask for a surrender they both either turn their anger on you or shut up completely.
