Also, I made a tier list of the Champions based on how many total stats they have. 9 seems to be the most popular amount of stats to have, so everyone above and below should be nerfed or buffed accordingly.

His ability descriptions are exceptionally short in the previews too.

Kayn is a utility-focused (but not too much), basic attack oriented, no skill champion that welcomes beginners into the game by providing nothing but an Aura that grants nearby allies 1/2/3/4/5% increased damage due to Kayn's sheer edginess.

I actually had to go check to see if this was True, I never laughed so hard. I think the only reason why his stats are in such a state is because they vary from game to game since you have to choose between being a Burst-Assassin (Shadow) or a Tanky Bruiser (Rhaast).
