Hey guys, wouldn't it be awesome if summoner 14 was a skillshot? Think of the ALL the counterplay!

Oh oh! Lets also completely rework summoner 11 into a skillshot! And summoner 3 too!

Even better! Katarina 's ult should be a skillshot so now she has to aim all 10 daggers at champs. Perfectly balanced!
