I've done this. My favorite is when we spot each other but don't feel like fighting so we just walk side by side to the lane we were going to gank.

I dont have this happen any in particular when i play jungle but i recall one time when me and the enemy jungle came in from opposite sides of midlane from river bushes, both of us had the enemy laner closest to us.

So we proceeded to ignore eachother and just kill both the midlaners before walking away.

Neither side even tried to attack the other, we just took a midlaner each and that was it.

It was kinda funny watching the replay ^^

When mid lane roams are assassin v assassin it ends up being a race to get to botlane first.
