For some reason, when this happens, the enemy jungler doesn't chase me. I just fly into their blue bush WHILE THEY ARE TAKING BLUE, take a chime, and leave. I usually type "/all 'Sup?" afterwards.

Sometimes I have to go OUT of my way to GET their attention. That often doesn't bode well for the enemy team's chances with said player.
