Then you might have been a little vague on this one, because it fits the Order of the Black Rose near-perfectly. It's a 'legendary' order, and LeBlanc is the current 'ruler' of the Order, having earned her ascension through means unknown but presumably rather shady. She's a rather skilled mage, almost like she's destined for it. It's a flower-themed group, that also has only a small handful (Around four.) known members, but the potential for there to be more is limitless. And nearly all of the Black Rose order members have magical affinity, or 'Ability'.

Only other thing I could take a guess at is Zyra.

I do use uncommon terminology in this one. I also mislead people with words that have multiple meanings. This is a tricky one. I may have to repost it with a prize.
