25% ap arent 25% more dmg

If it scaled 25% less AP before, It would do 25% less damage with the same about of AP. But now, it does 25% AP it means it does 25% more damage.

nope. Only the ap ratio amount is higher, the base dmg is the same.

For example you have 100AP and a base dmg of 1000.

1000 + 100(100%AP) = 1100

1000 + 125(125%AP) = 1125

1125 isnt 25% more than 1100

I cant tell if you are wanting the damage taken away from Vel'Koz when the other mages are far worse in terms of out damaging him in a shorter time frame even though he has true damage.
