I already like Dynamic Queue, lets more friends play together Granted I don't really have many friends to play with, but when we are together we are around the same rank and stuff so we climb together

Duo Queue is the 5 solo's vs a 5man premade who has superior comms. Trust me you're not going to have a good time. Pre-Selecting 2 roles is the Champ select process.

To be fair dyna was implemented to make sure that queue times on the live servers wouldn't get ridiculous. so really, you can use them interchangeably if you want, one can't survive without the other.
