Sexual selection is different from natural selection. Natural selection is if an animal can merely live long enough to mate. Sexual selection is if an animal is attractive enough to get a female. I guess in a way sexual selection is more prominent

well the feathers can be used as a defense it can confuse predators occasionally.Also they can jump and plus when all the women wana have all yo babies you most likely will have kids before the predators kill you.Also the female Peahens are less conspicuous http://www.zooborns.com/.a/6a010535647bf3970b015390835021970b-500wi they most likely can hide in tall savanna grass to hide and keep the eggs safe

he has the power to create his own army and bring back his own country at will....he is basically more powerful than the others IMO as both Renek and Nasus will be overrun eventually also he literally came back from the dead...let that sink in

And no matter how strong Azir get's his empire is still composed of refugees and nomadic tribes....because the orginal population and civilization fell apart x)

Altho i do admit that Azir makes for a great architect and builder, he can just wave his hand and buildings pop up.

i doubt she is powerful enough to do that to the point that she could beat him she maybe be talented but she isn't that strong.Most likely she would summoner 3 trying to do that to a whole army now if she was someone like Syndra Annie (as far as i know Annie is still one of the most powerful mages being the youngest mage)

Yah true, Taliyah is "just a genius" and not something like Syndra or Annie.

Syndra is supposedly on the same powerlevel of Xerath but she lacks experience and understanding while Annie is just too young but already uses advanced magic like it's basic to the point where two archmages had no idea x)

Hm, Annie really has two very useful things she can do. She can, firstly, summon fire, and she does this in various forms. Her passive causes her spells to be so hot that that cause people to faint (briefly). Her q & w are just flames. Her e wraps her and/or Tibbers in fire, causing anyone to be burnt. Her second power is to pull Tibbers into and out of the teddy bear she carries, and uses her first power to deal the 'burst' part of Tibbers, and the aura. I have no idea whether she can do anything else, but from her abilities, that is what we can observe.

Syndra has multiple powers, mainly her conjuring of dark spheres and Telekinesis, as well as basic gravity powers. However, her power is, to quote her lore, "Growing daily."

Xerath basically controls pure energy, and uses this to power his abilities. His passive drains someones energy (although we don't see it) and turns it into mana. His q is a blast of energy. His w and ultimate are also a drain of energy. His e probably is a bolt of energy growing with every moment, leading to the increasing stun, but I honestly have no idea.

The thing apparently with annie is found in her lore, she was like 6? years old when she first "found" tibbers.

A massive magical evil bear with a disposition for murder.

And she just somehow turned him into a familiar and also a teddy bear because she didn't have one at the time.

And her parents, two "normal" archmages had absolutely no idea how she did that, that is how i guess that Annie is probably like a younger Syndra with only some difference in magic used, maybe a little weaker but more refined.

Syndra's spot as a super genius is already safe, i mean, how many mages could manage to permanently levitate a frigging giant temple over a mountain just to secure a casual house?

Not to mention the entire incident with her teacher, an old wise sage, not necessary powerful but wise still old man who had practiced magic for ages had sealed her partially and he felt confident enough to threaten her with sealing her permanently.

What does she do? Outright brute forces the seal open despite being weakened, kills the sage before he can fight back and then flying temple ensures, she might like finesse but sheer power she has plenty.

Xerath is supposedly unstable but nearly raw arcane magic taken form, in a short story with taliyah he had the power to rain his ulti blasts down on a small city like explosive cannonballs nonstop.

He was a master mage that had apparently learnt pretty much all the magic in the old Shuriman library at a fairly young age, he killed the old emperor and all his family but Azir with lightning and dark magics. Then sabotaged Azirs ascension ritual and well....

There is probably a reference found in his kit to that, His Q is a unstable lightning bolt of raw power that burns is targets.

W is a one falling from the skies hurting the most right below it and E is ...a shock orb? Kinda like you can be paralyzed when hit by electricity in a particular form because it screws with your nerves. Tazer---

Seems Xerath likes lightning, but any mage able to wreck a town by himself from a distance is no joke either. And he still had the power to casually wipe the floor with nasus right after...even if nasus in the story was old and weak.
