Seriously, I picked Heimer up for the first time a week or two ago. I've never played a champion that rewarded you so much for getting ganked.

A little off-topic, but there's not a lot worse than being the jungler and having a Heimer dominate his lane early on (which he just does, it's literally automatic with the turrets). You want to help, you really do, but as far as I know you just can't really gank a Heimer's lane until much later in the game.

Heck, even if you're a tank, it doesn't matter, because it's magic damage, so even Malphite can't really do it that well. You have to sort of leave them behind and hope they can survive that war of attrition long enough for you and the rest of your team to converge on him.

I feel guilty leaving a laner with Heimer. Less so if they pick someone who simply can't take him if he's any good, like Yasuo. I've seen Yasuo picked into Heimer, and you're like...Dude, I seriously wish I could help. But they do it anyway and you can't really do anything. I know, I've tried to gank Heimer's lane a lot with various champs. It just doesn't end well no matter who you are, short of his turrets being totally isolated so you can take them out very quickly.

Man. Heimerdinger removes the fun from whatever laner he's against, I swear. He has a harder time against ranged champs like Veigar, Ahri, Lux, etc., but he's still a pain no matter who you're playing.
