sadly there are lots of pathetic people like that in the world, I lived close to a neighborhood where some kids lit a cat on fire for the hell of it. some people just shouldn't have kids, cause those kids become psychopaths and some how have kids of there own who are even worse. long story short, forced neutering people should be legal, like giving first aid to a drunk person who says to leave them alone :p
