Yep, you can hate the story but the animation is better than a lot of other anime out there. Also the story isn't even that bad, it's comparable to other sport anime. So the real thing most people are hating on is how it's all ladies.

The opening is catchy

I'm actually really enjoying it. As someone who always got annoyed with sports anime and all it's cliches seeing all those cliches parodied yet still taken seriously makes me XD. The parts where they talk about butts in the same serious way sports anime talk about insert body part used in (insert sport here) makes me bust out laughing ever time lol if you have nothing better to watch or are looking for some good laughs and have seen at least a few sports anime i would recommend it.

Most complaints i've seen was it's either "Trashy fanservice anime" or "Objectifying fictional women"(Meanwhile girls gush over Free and Yuri on ice for it's Blatant Boy's love fanservice)

Tbh the amazing action scenes really make this show not seem like fan service. The only time I ever felt their was fan service was at the beginning of episode 7 where Nozomi asks Sayaka about her body, also any time Kusakai is there.

I agree, the action scenes we're well animated and honestly i couldn't really considered them fanservice than fast paced asses breaking bones.

This particular selection has some pretty bad animating, but that looks like its mostly due to a lack of key frames...oh wait its a gif, sorry my b carry on.

I remember seeing a thread about this anime recently on Reddit. I would watch it but I am more into the fantasy type and currently watching ep 1 of Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry. Even though I have only gotten 5 mins into it, it seems like a good anime. You should check it out if you need an anime to watch.
