Riven is edgy enough as it is. If they added MORE, I can only imagine the sorts of kids we'd see playing her. They might not even be real people, just dark fanfiction given life through the unholy power that is edgy tween angst.

Yeah I remember. It actually made her extremely broken, and not in the "So broken that this champion can't be played" sense, but rather in the "So broken that this champion is now perma banned" sense.
Yeah thank goodness that they didn't release it.

How was it broken? If anything it looked like a massive nerf from what I was reading. Passive no longer stacked, ult lost it's execute, you basically needed to chain your combo like a god to equate to the same damage you did before.
