You can feel the agony and confusion mixed in with the bloodlust and crazed battle frenzy. War is all he knows, all he really loves at this point. Yet he becomes confused, perhaps even sickened to what he has become. He's more of a monster than a warrior.
The biggest trouble is that he has a weak memory. He can only remember specific things from his past life and few things from his current. None of which are reminders that he's an undead abomination.
He doesn't know what he is and he's always almost at the brink of questioning it. It's tragic really.
For me, it's Braum.
The fact that he's willing to protect any person or creature, big or small(even going as far as jumping in front of a barrage of arrows for a poro and LIVING) is so unbelievably badass, how he always has a smile on his moustached face, and his heart makes him larger than life. I always loved the gentle giant who still manages to be badass.
I like the somber and responsible approach she brings to her duties. Like, yes, she doles out justice, but she's not running around for vengeance, and she doesn't revel in the work that she does.
is my favorite. Even though he is very hyper-active and can be obnoxious, he shows that he is a very wise individual that only wishes to test his skills in battle. Plus, he is trained by Master Yi!
Might sound biased, but Teemo.
I mean, he's this badass war hero that completely phases out during the battle into some stone-cold killer, but makes up for it with his upbeat fun attitude out of battle.

i just love playing this game knowing the champ I play is capable of giving as little fucks as I do in my everyday life.
