Honestly, I can't imagine "Waiting to surrender at 20".. Unless MAYBE it's a 3v5 or worse. But even then. I've had teams try to surrender at 20 when we have Nasus top, Vayne ADC, and 1-2 other massive lategame champs in mid/jungle. People need to stop giving up so early, I'd say MAYBE 1 in 10 games(In bronze-silver-gold, no experience higher) are decided pre-20. The average game is thrown by the 30-35 minute mark, at least give it a chance.
Giving up at 12 minutes because your Hyperscaling Vayne is 0-3 and their early game graves is 3-0 is just silly, and is a prime reason a lot of people can't seem to climb.
