How to balance soraka and make her "fun" to play

That would just create the most imbalanced shit ever. they would have to buff the heal to make it rewarding to land then people that always land it would destroy and people that never land it would feed their ass off. NTM you would not be able to heal who you want to in 5v5 cluster fucks cause your own team would body block heals from who needs them.

And increase the healing power on 500% right? Have you ever tried to land a lux shield? This is a dumb idea.
