IcyPepper2 votesTo be honest, I don't like it when people try to use winrate as an argument with Lee Sin. If he has that high of a skillcap, it has to be under 50% otherwise he would be overpowered for his level of difficulty. Or something like that. Basically a lesser version of Azir, who is weak in solo queue but was (is?) a god in pro play.

Blue Moon Wolf1 votesSomething Riot has out right stated is that they don't really look at Win rates cause the numbers are based on more than just how many times they win, it's also based on how many people use the champ, how well other champs are doing in the same lane and like you said, level of difficulty with said champ. 
for example has an extremely low win rate, but has a 19% pick rate, so the numbers are going to be on a larger scale than someone with a 3% pick rate.
