Well, Vlad loses early in most matchups. However, if you are building right you will scale into a monster late game so you don't need to worry about losing lane as long as you aren't feeding.

Vlad has a low win rate in top like 42% or something I for one have given up on vlad because I doubt that riot will buff the only champion they said they shouldnt have created any time soon :p
