He doesnt need his autoattacks...His minion and DISEASE makes everything die...Its so annoying playing with him but the thing I love is...His ults range is so small xD In laning phase I was Annie vs Malz and I took Cleanse for his ult but he didnt use it even one time during the laning phase and I got a lead because of our jungler's Shyv gank,But his Disease is so fking annoying!
