Only 19 kills in a 43 min match? Yeah that's pretty balanced.

Now if he had something like 23 kills in a 25 min match that would be either unbalanced or a extremely good player.

So the stats of one game should prove otherwise?

So most likely a good game in lower elo where enemies don't use sweeper...
