Fact: Morde is Noxian. Why do I say that? take a look at this:

Now, I know what you are thinking. Morde is shadow isles. Well you are wrong. He predates the shadow isles, and used have his own domain in an area that is now modern day Noxus. So in a way he is more Noxian then even the worst Noxian scum, and thus will face the most justice. No villain can hide from the pure light of Demacia.
