The riddle has been solved.
The answer is the feud between Nasus and Renekton
Two forces bound with purpose found. (Nasus' purpose is to free Renek from madness. Renek's purpose is to kill Nasus who he blames for his madness.)
No victor crowned in strife profound. (Unless Riot has a HUGE change in lore, their feud will never end.)
For one will kill and fear instill. (Renek is mad seeking his brothers blood.)
And one’s good will may take a spill. (All Nasus wants to do is help but he may end up needing to fight one day.)
Just going off the lore that initiated with the Gangplank event a little while ago.
