It either comes from the Enemy team or the player team but Nami seems to harvest more salt than the other supports I play....
she is saltwater I should have known.

If by "harvests more salt" you mean "collects the tears of the enemy", yes this is true.
The Freelo Fish always get the most Salt.
land ur Q's more often than not and your team will praise you.
I land my Qs now more than ever. the problem is, is that 1.4 seconds going to be enough for my teammate to decide if he wants to go in? is bubbling 1-2 people going to be enough cc to stop the mass of the other 3-4 players from wrecking my team?
is that 1.3 seconds going to be enough time for my teamate to stop dancing around and close the gap? do my teammates even have enough tower pushing power to win the game?
more often than not my Qs are a burden to my teamates, they hit but do more damage than good.
The cooldown isn't terribly long. After they see your pattern of landing them, they should already have a good idea whether they should go in or not. Those who can't just need to learn to act faster.
edit: oh, also, they don't just have the stun time to decide. They also have the travel time :P
communication. ur team should be able to tell if ur q will hit, and move to get ready to fight before the bubble hits ground.
and her R is aoe knockup to enemy team in teamfights.
yeah obviously if Im skyped nami is 100% easier
