Please note the 4 legs and the pair of wings. That feature of 6 limbs is what differentiates a Dragon from its "lesser cousins" which are more commonly known as Wyverns.

The Nargacuga http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/monsterhunter/images/7/74/MHGen-Nargacuga_Render_001.png/revision/latest?cb=20150806140104 is a Wyvern of a specific type. That being a Pseudo-Wyvern. Notice how its front legs have its wings but can still function for both flight and ground movement? Slightly favoring ground movement though. It could be considered the "Missing Link" between the evolution of Wyverns into Dragons.
